Jean-Paul Vangsgaard, M.S., is the Lead Residential Counselor at the NBI Ranch. Jean-Paul has been working at the NBI Ranch since its launch and is now the team leader of the Residential Counselors, helping to bridge the client's Ranch life with the clinical goals and objectives established in treatment.

Jean-Paul is an experienced RC who provides support and structure to residents with OCD and anxiety and related disorders.  He has an empathic, patient and calming interpersonal style and helps the residents reach their clinical goals in the practical home setting that the Ranch provides. Jean-Paul completed an M.S. in Social Science Research from Loughborough University in the UK and wrote his master's dissertation on the behavior and motivations of sports fans.
